I have been a registerd breeder for about 9 years now. I started off breeding Border Collies but 2 years ago I retired my Border Collies and reserched German Shepherd lines. I knew that I was not looking for show shepherds lines I wanted working shepherds lines. So after alot of looking around I came across Von Zane Kennals and when we contacted them they told us they had a female that had a litter and there was a a female pup. We purchased the pup and named her Dessa she was from there F litter. Dessa has developed into a strong dog with good prey and defence drives. She does not bark much but that is due to her being very comfortable in her self. Working dogs are trained have it in there genes and this is then enhanced for them to be a strong dog with excellent drives. Working Shepherds are not for everyone. Our pups will be soicalised and brought up close to our family.
